Yohanna created Ospina Talent Consulting in January 2022. bringing with her more than 20 years of leadership experience and a track record of growing and building organizations. Yohanna is a diligent and focused professional with 20+ years of cumulative experience as Service Delivery Manager, Business Manager CRM (Customer Relationship Management), IT Specialist, System Administrator, System Engineer, Technical Leader, Help Desk and Desktop Support Engineer. She has knowledgeable and proficient in system administration infrastructure datacenter, server maintenance, hardware maintenance, operating systems. She is willingness to learn and effectively apply new technologies. Yohanna is an analytical thinker, consistently resolving issues, consultant on problems, and an experience team player. She has high degree of commitment, responsibility, creativity, and innovation; with excellent relationships, discipline, ability to lead teamwork and to work under pressure and willing to face new challenges every day. She had have high achievement orientation, capability, and compliance ́s organizational objectives. Her goal is to give all her expertise, skill, and knowledge for to help others to grow up and increase your business and she gives her excellent service. She leads a team of more than 200 professionals across the world in information system, accounts, finance, human resources, data & analytics, client operations, and corporate strategy teams, helping them to achieve in their business goals. She has customers like LATAM, MICROSOFT, IBM, Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Mobil, Cisco, Oracle, Google, Dell y AWS.
She defines issues and co-create solutions that leverage customers offerings to solve the client’s business challenges, during the pre sales process. She leads projects to create new architectures and increase the business wins and she ensures the technological objectives of required implementations for the assigned projects and accounts she is all time contributing to the success and strategic objectives of the engineers and consultants.
Yohanna was Service Delivery of technical solutions in LATAM Region, with new business strategies. She was the channel and the focal point of technical contact with customers. She managed International and National Customers like WPP (Conformed by 9 international companies) in London. National Companies: Casa Luker, Teamfood, Cafam and Grupo AVAL (Avvillas Bank, Occidente’s Bank and Bogota's Bank), LA14 Stores, G&G Systems, Confandi, Colsubsidio, FNA and Acesco in Colombia. She managed the configuration of the required solutions of customers in the established platforms and architectures and the contingency within their contracts are these environments in other data centers. She lead and integrated teams for the implementation and hosting ́s different platforms to meet the objectives set in the projects with IBM people in Brazil, Mexico, Atlanta, New York, Dallas, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, India and Colombia. She implemented technological requirements, according to the specialty requested by each client in the deferents platforms and Yohanna managed Towers Incidents Hosting with IBM focal points, to provide excellent customer service at critical times. She was Hands Remote NT and Servers Solutions, Intel Server, Networking, and Storage. Yohanna worked at IBM, Latam, Hewlett Packard, Mobil and AT&T in a variety of functions, including developing and executing strategic plans, implementing new technical tools and processes, optimizing sales channels, improving product roadmaps, and working with clients.
Yohanna is System Engineer from Central University and she has a Master of Systems Information from Washington University. She studied English in Pedagogical University, Colombo Americano Center and High School Ronald Reagan in USA. She is certified in ITIL V3, ITIL V4, WebSphere, AIX, Data Centers Infrastructures and she is a Project Manager.
